I combine the latest research on burnout from Gallup and international universities with prevention science principles from the public health sector to help you actually reduce the incidence of burnout instead of just managing it as it occurs. My approach is comprehensive. I address all the causes of burnout instead of narrowly focusing on work overload or compassion fatigue. This is about long-term change more than wellness. My public health background is in personal and environmental change rather than "wellness", so my training content goes beyond basic self care tips and stress management practices. I provide solutions at all levels of your organization. Burnout is a multi-faceted problem so my services include not only teaching individuals but also helping supervisors prevent burnout at the team level and helping senior leadership create whole organizational change. I'm a burnout survivor. I bring my own experience from burning out of a mission-oriented organization. You'll learn the skills I've found that make the biggest impact for turning burnout around.
